1. Clients are required to read and understand the studio regulations.
GENERAL RULES
1. The studio performs all procedures only on adults. A minor can be tattooed exclusively with the personal and written consent of their legal guardians, and only in their presence.
2. Before the procedure, every client must complete the “Tattoo Consent Form” and present an ID.
3. Before starting the session, it is necessary to inform the tattoo artist about any allergies or health conditions.
4. The studio does not provide services to individuals under the influence of alcohol, drugs, psychoactive or intoxicating substances.
5. The studio ensures sterility of all tools and materials used during the procedure.
6. The artist/studio reserves the right to refuse service without giving a reason; in such cases, the deposit will be refunded.
7. We may refuse to perform a tattoo if we consider the procedure unsafe for health or if the tattoo design conflicts with our values.
8. Getting a tattoo is irreversible. Please consider your decision carefully.
9. Any requests, complaints, or claims must be sent exclusively to: goldenblossomtattoo@gmail.com
– directly to the studio manager. Any inquiries made via other communication channels will be considered invalid and will not be reviewed.
10. The tattoo artist is not authorized to resolve disputes or accept complaints.
BOOKING
1. The price of each tattoo is determined individually and depends on the size and complexity of the design.
2. Booking an appointment can be done in person at the studio, by phone, email, or via the form at: https://linktr.ee/goldenblossom.tattoo
When booking, the client is required to pay a deposit (in cash or to the bank account within 14 days of booking), equal to 50% of the session price.
The deposit is included in the final tattoo price. A booking without a paid deposit is not binding for the studio.
Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these Regulations.
3. The deposit is non-refundable.
4. Canceling the procedure or failing to notify the studio at least 10 days before the scheduled appointment results in the loss of the deposit.
VOUCHERS
1. A voucher can be received via email, picked up in person at the studio, or sent via parcel locker.
2. A voucher is valid for six months from the date of purchase.
3. A voucher can be used with any artist working at the studio or for a piercing service.
4. A voucher purchased as part of a promotional offer applies only to new bookings (it cannot be used for appointments already scheduled).
IN THE STUDIO
1. It is strictly forbidden to touch equipment or tools used for tattooing. Failure to follow this rule may pose a health risk.
2. The tattoo station is the artist’s personal workspace; placing personal belongings on tattooists’ desks is prohibited.
3. For safety and hygiene reasons, children and animals are not allowed in the studio.
4. The studio does not provide music as part of its services. Any music played during sessions is for private use only.
Clients agree not to listen to any music without headphones and confirm that it does not influence their decision to get tattooed. Clients may use their own headphones or request complimentary earplugs. Staff members may listen to music to improve their work comfort.
Clients acknowledge this by signing the studio regulations consent form.
5. When attending a tattoo session, please bring no more than one accompanying person. They must remain in the waiting area and may not enter the “do not enter” zone.
6. Clients are required to change their outdoor shoes and use studio footwear (provided free of charge).
DESIGN & TATTOO EXECUTION
1. We reserve copyrights to all photos, designs, and tattoos created in the studio.
2. During the session, the final design, placement, size, colors, and additional elements are confirmed, as well as final preparation for the procedure.
3. We may interrupt the procedure if the client’s well-being worsens or if any changes appear in the skin.
4. The tattoo artist may reschedule the session if tattooing is not possible—for example, due to poor skin condition, changes on the client’s body, or insufficient healing of a previous tattoo.
5. A session may also be stopped due to the client’s poor condition, adverse symptoms, or other factors that prevent continuation. In this case, the deposit is transferred to the next appointment.
6. We recommend bringing a change of clothes, as there is a risk of staining.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
1. Payment for goods or services can be made via:
– online bank transfer or debit/credit card
– payment gateway
– traditional bank transfer
COMPLAINTS & RETURNS
1. The client has the right to file a complaint within 2 years from the date of receiving the product. However, the client must notify the store of non-compliance within 2 months of discovering it. Sending the notification before this deadline is sufficient to meet the requirement.
2. Complaints, along with proof of purchase, must be submitted via email to: goldenblossom.tattoo@gmail.com
, or in writing to the studio address (see “Business Information”).
3. Complaints are reviewed within 14 days. If the studio does not respond within that time, the complaint is considered accepted.
4. If the complaint is accepted, the studio will repair or replace the product. If replacement is not possible, the studio will refund the cost within 14 days of receiving the defective product.
5. In cases described in point 4, the client must return the product (in full or part) to the studio address.
TATTOO AFTERCARE
1. The studio is not responsible for improper aftercare during the healing process.
2. The studio is not responsible for how pigments heal or settle in the skin, as this depends on the body’s natural healing process.
3. The studio provides all necessary aftercare information.
4. We are not responsible for potential skin reactions occurring after the procedure.
5. If you have concerns regarding healing, please contact us in person, by phone, or by email. Contact details are available on our website.
TOUCH-UPS VS. COVER-UPS
1. Touch-ups apply only to tattoos previously done by the same artist. They are free of charge within 3 months of getting the tattoo.
2. A touch-up does not include adding new elements to an existing tattoo.
3. A cover-up is a tattoo designed to cover an older one. Cover-ups are charged at standard session rates.
4. Artists have the right to refuse a cover-up. In such cases, an in-person consultation at the studio is required to assess whether a cover-up is possible.
